'The first of new content called \"Weekly Wellness Shorts\". I will be sharing tools and healthy habits that I\'ve adopted over the years that benefit body and/or soul. External stress or anxiety can often result in tension in your body. The neck is a common place for many, including me. I found this tool several years ago in a pharmacy in Canada, while on a three month RV trip from Tennessee to Alaska and back. I love it! It helps release some of that tissue, helping with neck and jaw tension. Releasing that area also supports regular, deeper belly breathing for healthy lungs and better worship/singing.
